Our Beginning

I'm Mahita Desaraju, and on September 24, 2020, with the guidance of a CPA and the support of my sister and co-founder, Samhita Desaraju, we officially launched our organization with one goal in mind: to make a difference in Title I schools, however big or small.

It all began with conversations I had with teachers in these under-resourced schools. What I learned was eye-opening—sometimes, even the smallest act of support can mean the world to a student, whether it’s books, school supplies, or simply showing up, every effort counts.

Samhita Desaraju and I are deeply committed to this cause. We know we’re just getting started, but we believe in the power of small steps. One day, when we look back, we hope to feel proud of what we’ve built—and the lives we’ve touched along the way.
